It was my first time trying on wedding dresses. I had a great experience at Elegant Occasions. I loved how I was able to pick out dresses, and was also able to try on as many dresses as I liked. I appreciated looking through a slideshow first, as I wasn’t exactly sure what I wanted. I was very happy with my experience. My consultant listened to what I wanted and helped me learn about the different styles and materials. I loved the lighting in the dressing rooms to see the bling on the dresses!

I actually drove from St. Paul, MN to visit the store because after calling 20+ places, they were the only store that carried a dress I found online that I wanted to try on. I’m so glad I made the trip. Not only did they have the dress I was interested in ready and waiting for me when I arrived but they were extremely friendly and helpful throughout my entired appointment. Lori was awesome!! Such amazing customer service which is sadly harder to find these days! Thank you so much!!

I worked with Jamie and she was fantastic! Great attitude, not pushy at all, and super helpful. After trying on dresses numerous places it was great to not feel rushed or like I was being “sold” something. Good selection, very reasonable prices as well. Plus you can take photos!

I recently purchased my wedding gown, and started getting my brides maids measured for their gowns as well, the service was incredible! Not only were my family, friend, and I impressed at the attitudes of all the staff, but we also got some great ideas for the wedding, and at the end of the day they even save me money by showing me a brides maid gown that was cheaper but was almost a replica of the one I had originally picked out. I’ll definitely be recommending Elegant Occasions to others!

I’m from Wausau, but live in Minneapolis. I scheduled an appointment at Elegant, and was very pleasantly surprised. I’ve been dress shopping at David’s as well as a high-end bridal shop in the cities and neither of them come close to the AMAZING customer service that Holly provided. I tried on too many dresses to count and Holly had a great attitude and smile on her face the whole time.
